Windows 7 and Lightwave 9.6 64bit Makelicense.ls problems.

ANyone have this problem with windows 7 and lightwave 64bit version?

Basically I install lightwave 9.2 64bit with no problems.   But when upgrading to 9.6 64bit version,

The make license.ls seems to have an error.

"line 31, illegal arithmetic operation on data type"

Newtek hasn't really helped me with this.  I tried to install everything as an admin, used the register program to make a license,

everything.   ANybody have a clue?
