I like the rotating check, which shows hot spots etc.

Some slick cg  and names in the industry, and some features of Lightwave 10.

New lightwave 10 with core Tech.... 

I havn't looked at it yet, but it looks pretty good.  The VPR is something a long time coming.

Still pretty complicated.  Watch the end for exporting into a scene, and also

how he uses the spreadsheet editor and groups to reset the mouth area or eyelds.

I think the next step is to make motion mixer mouth poses etc.

This is basically a very well explained concept video.
You can use it sort of to deal with car wheels in your videos.
Simple expressions can help do this in lightwave.
