Found a site with an awesome graphical Web Page of nurbs and Tips about using them.

It's in spanish but a quick cut and paste into BIng translate did an awesome job of translating it.

THis is a nice tutorial.  It's not lightwave specific but the ideas are the same.

The ideas here are good, and he has a little bit about post porcessing also.

You could easily do the same in lightwave, either using the nodal shaders or regular texturing.

His youtube post states 6 months at vancouver school.

He has a total of 6 shots. Shot of the model, 2shot of a hanger, 3 and flying.

(counting intercuts as a shot)

I wonder if he used maya, and I wonder how much faster he would of been using lightwave?

Hard body stuff is much quicker in lightwave.

Amazing work.  Some of it unfortunatly looks like dragon ball z, or what that would look like in semi photoreal cg. It just seems that why don't they just call in an orbital strike on "that guy"

I mean honestly no matter how strong he is, he wouldn't survive that..  

Come on if sol bianca had it, why can't these people have it.
